Sponsorship Levels

KYSGC provides sponsors the opportunity to donate at multiple levels, and appreciation will be acknowledged for donations as follows:

Gold Level - $2,000 (Limit 1)

• Company logo and acknowledgment as exclusive Gold level sponsor in program materials and signage

• Sponsor message in 1 KYSGC quarterly member email (76% open rate, 19% click rate)

• Choice of placement for sponsor table at the event

• Conference attendance

Silver Level - $750

• Company logo and acknowledgment in program materials and signage

• Sponsor table at the event

• Conference attendance

Bronze Level - $250

• Company logo and acknowledgment in program materials and signage

• Conference attendance

Meal and Break Sponsorship*

• Company logo and acknowledgment in program materials and signage 

*Sponsors opting to support breakfast, lunch, or other food/beverage offerings may contact us to arrange cash or in-kind donations.

Become a Sponsor

Please contact one of our sponsorship coordinators below to request a Sponsorship Commitment Form. Once complete, donations can be made via check payable to the Kentucky Society of Genetic Counselors or through credit card or ACH payment. *A processing fee may be applied to credit card or online payments.

The deadline to become a sponsor for this event is June 15th 2025.
